Geez, no one seems to know the difference of a moving or Non-Moving violation.
Seat belts in all states is a NON-MOVING violation, they do not go against your driving record. and the only way the insurance company finds out is by 1 you sending them a letter or 2 they find it on your record IF they do a survey of your policy. States don't tell Insurance companie Poo.

Yes you can that's why people need to wake up and tell the politicians they have no right to tell you to wear one. We're not children and they work for us.
