A vehicle with out-of-state plates has been parking down the street for nearly 2 years now and I noticed that the registration tags have been updated. Person is obviously evading my state's registration process, smog check laws and (probably) insurance requirements. The rules in my state say that a vehicle brought in from another state must be re-registered in 20 days. Who does one report something like this to? The police? DMV of both states?

I was on a highway driving at about 60km/h behind a green Kancil. suddenly a taxi overtook him in order to go over the overhead bridge therefore the Kancil in front of me engaged a emergency break and i couldnt break in time and thus hit his bumper. there werent any damage on my front bumper but the other driver's bumper was abit loose and the car plate broked. Well, i offered to pay him RM 50, but he said it was too lilttle and he started threatened me that he will report to the police and they might summon me or take my liscense yadda yadda.I thought it wasnt a big deal offered so i didnt inform my father and i him Rm 80 instead and he accepted it. And before he left, he looked twice at my car plate number and wrote it down(i think he's up to something). After that only i realised i was so dumb for not takin g down any information and wasted my Rm 80. So i would like to know what should i have done and what's the worse that might happened to me if he reports to the police?

My Partner has driven through a massive puddle of water and as a result his engine has seized, he has been quoted $2,500+ for it to be fixed, the market value on the car is only $3,900. The car has comprehensive insurance- does anyone have any idea if this should cover the cost of the repair, seeing as tho it may fall under the category of accidental damage?

We dont have much time to settle the case. Our lawyer is waiting this case out until the last day. Will that make the insurance company settle for the amount that we ask for or should we paid the filing fee to file it in court? Would it make a difference in the time frame that we have?

Hi, this cheeky person parked his car in my spot and his tax is out of date its been in my spot for 3 weeks now

I came home one night and its been there ever since the person lives in my street and I know why he parked it in my spot as he thinks I’m a easy touch and he knows that other up the street would report him in a flash!.

also the car is parked on a public road is that against the law to park a un-taxed car on a public road in the united kingdom?

how do I report him so I can get my parking space back and stay anonymous at the same time :-) thank you
