I am planning to move to diff state will my tickets clear off ? or does it remain stuck with me

well its not that i got a dui or some like that. i have two tickets which make my insurance go high

It'll stay with you your state you are moving to will be clear but if you apply for a job your old records will still show up.

They will remain in the state that you're moving from but your record in the new state you move to, will be clear.
