I backed into a car under 3mph and there was costmetic damage on the other party's bumper, since it is minimal, I don't think it would be worth the cost of increased insurance for something so little.

I just recently got a warrant for missing my court date, it was for driving without a license...and I purchased a new vehicle which I would have to get full coverage insurance on. Will that warrant just affect the price or will they not allow me to get insurance at all??

I have recently bough a car and I am the registered owner and keeper of the car on the documents. As this is my first car and I am under 26, my insurance quote was very high, so as the car will be driven by me and my boyfriend he is the primary driver and i am the second driver on the insurance policy. Does the primary driver also have to be the registered owner for an insurance company to pay out?!

Hi, i just had a car accident last night. I was at fault because i didnt stop to give way. I have just reported to the insurance company and the claims department are working on it. I know i have to pay the excess on my car, to get it repaired at the insurers approved repair centres. Hopefully i will get a courtesy car.

I am fully comprehensively covered but am wondering after the car is repaired, is the excess all i have to pay? Will there be extra charges because i was 'liable' for the accident? The other partys car got moderate damage also but luckily no injuries and do claim for injuries either.

Thanks for any help and advice on what i should do.

I got into an accident that was the other drivers fault. He is insured by State Farm and they will be handling it. However, they will not pay for my rental which I have had since the accident two weeks ago. They said that they dont pay for the rental prior to them determining who is liable and this wasn't until recently because the other driver was dodging State Farms calls and not giving them a statement. What can I do to get my rental reimbursed from State Farm??? Dont they have to reimburse the rental since their driver's actions rendered my vehicle non-driveable??

I was making a left hand turn with a green turn signal and a driver heading the opposite direction ran her red light, did not see my car in the intersection and t-boned my vehicle, totaling it and causing me multiple bodily injuries. She was issued the citation and I also have a witness who stated seeing her run the red light, yet her insurance company is not yet willing to admit liability in the accident.

I am already dealing with the issue on if being a Canadian car insurance company while the accident occurred in Florida. I have a lawyer since I have no comp/collision coverage on my vehicle through my policy so therefore I have to individually seek out their company. I'm also 38 week pregnant.

In cases like this - ticket cited, witness to the fact - and the insurance company is denying liability, what are the chances they'd be able to prove this or will they drop it and just pay up without going to court.

Hi, i was shock when i got pulled over by a police man at the LAX,he gave me a red light ticket stating i'm 1 second late.I don't think i ran a red light and I have good driving history, never had ticket or accident for the past 13 years. what should i do? will it increase my insurance premium? should i go to court to dispute or just take it and go to traffic school. I'm assuming by going to traffic school can avoid the point and premium increase right???
