I had to write a paper on what I think the legal age for driving in IL should be- which I wrote 18. And what should a person undergo to get their license. Can anyone think of a good tittle for it? I'm stuck and would REALLY APPRECIATE IT! THANKS

Stated from the California DMV website:
The minimum amount your insurance* must cover per accident is:

* $15,000 for a single death or injury.
* $30,000 for death or injury to more than one person.
* $5,000 for property damage.

Now when I signed up with Progressive Insurance and I don't elect uninsured motorist coverage it makes me sign a statement that I elected not to do so and is below the state minimum.

Do I actually need uninsured motorist coverage?

I'm aware there is some grace period on new vehicles in which I can drive the vehicle before reporting that I have purchased it and will be driving it under my policy, in which the liability coverage is in effect. Right? If so, how long...

State is Colorado

Today I have put a deposit down on a new car, using my current car as a part exchange. I am supposed to pick it up on Tuesday, however, I cannot find the log book ANYWHERE in my house. I know I have one obviously, but we moved house in October, and it seems to have got lost. I've had a brief look on the DVLA website, and they say 4-6 weeks and a fee of £19 for a replacement...but I'm not happy about waiting so long for my new car! Will the dealer take my car without a log book, or will the DVLA be able to fax a copy over...or is there any other alternative?

I was in a major accident and it was the other drivers fault. The other drivers insurance company contacted me and asked me what place I would like to get my car repaired at. I told them the repair shop. It took a while for the car to be repaired and little by little I would take money out of the money that was to be used to pay the repair shop. ( The check was issued to me but to pay the repair shop, but only my name on the check). The car is being financed. Now the car is finished and I dont have the money to pay for the repair. The repair shop is calling the insurance company telling them I havent paid for the repair, and the repair shop is threatening to put a lein on the car. What can the insurance company do to me and what can the car repair do to me. I still have a large portion of the money I need to pay them but they wont accept anything less than all of the money which I do not have. What can happen to me legally and financially.
