I go through Geico. They have decent rates and you can always change it later if you find a better deal.

Yeah there are lots of online insurers, but I don't know about how many actual "same day" auto insurers there are now? I got mine all sorted by http://autoinsurance-quotes.net but i'm sure there are plenty of others online if you search it. I'm very lazy when it comes to having to wander around to pay my bills and banking etc, so i always try and search up each service i'm looking for. Most of the time i find something affordable, as with my insurance, but sometimes you do strike some very confusing websites!!

There is a site where you can compare a bunch of different insurance companies to find out which one will give you the best price. Most of them are completely online like esurance.

Yes, Geico.com can do this for you.But from my experience, it is far better to deal with an agent. You can also go to Google Search and find others. But your agent can handle things for you quicker and in the future you have someone you can go to with problems and or questions.I myself deal with an Agent for State Farm Ins.
