Shouldn't, unless they were involved in an accident, then possibly.

The DUI goes against their license, not your vehicle.

I don't see how, unless your friend is a listed driver on your auto policy. Your insurance only checks the driving records of the people you list on the policy. Also, if an accident occurred they would know about the dui that way, but from what you said he just got a DUI, so they won't know.

It shouldn't, but if he wrecked it it would be on you, and if he got it towed it would cost you to get it out, so I'd be a little more careful about loaning it out in the future.
