No, you don't need a license to own a car. However, if you want to register the car or get insurance on it, you will probably have to get a license.

It does mention that you need a Drivers License OR State Issued ID card,.. so look it over, you may find more info that will apply to your situation.

No way.
You can own, title and even register as many cars as you can afford with no license.
You can simply title the car in your name and you are legal owner of the car. Or you can title AND register the car in your name, but if you register it (put tags on it) you're going to need to insure it as well.

you dont have to have a lincese to own the car, but you will have to have insurance to get it registered in your name. you might want to put it in a friend or family members name that you can trust.
