I'm not sure if a couple of tickets has dropped off of my driving record yet. I live in the state of Indiana. Who can I contact to find this out for free?

My state Department of Transportation sends out a notice every time there is a points change on your driving record whether it's up or down. Contact your local DOT or Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV) and ask -- they probably will not answer over the phone so you may have to write or email.

Indiana Department of Motor Vehicles (I don't know their official name). They would be the ones that can tell you what is there. Your insurance may be able to if your policy recently renewed and they pulled your record. But, they won't pull a new one for you because it costs them quite a bit of money to do that ($20 in some states).

go to your local dmv and ask for a printout of your driving record, it costs about 5 dollars, nothing is free
