The only way to remove them is by plea bargain the ticket. But it has to be done in front of the judge by you and/or your representative/lawyer. You will still pay a fine, but you might luck out and get off without any points.

But when points are added, they are stuck on till it falls off.

No you can not. Be weary of any company telling you that they can.

This is part of how Inusrance Companies thrive.. by charging you more according to your driving records. Once the points are on there, they're there for however long your State's laws dictate.

depends where you are, in the UK the answer is no as it is covered under rehabilitation of offenders act
