Hi, this cheeky person parked his car in my spot and his tax is out of date its been in my spot for 3 weeks now
I came home one night and its been there ever since the person lives in my street and I know why he parked it in my spot as he thinks I’m a easy touch and he knows that other up the street would report him in a flash!.
also the car is parked on a public road is that against the law to park a un-taxed car on a public road in the united kingdom?
how do I report him so I can get my parking space back and stay anonymous at the same time :-) thank you

Call the police from a public phone, let them deal with it.

I would report him and state you would like to stay anonymous either way he will probably think it was you anyways. Otherwise confront him business like and ask him to move the car or you will have to report him.
