Got to the locate office where they issue the stickers for your car they should have a form for lost title.

You can go online and download a form fill it out and mail it to DMV. That way you can save a trip. Not sure what state you are in but here in California we avoid DMV visits at all costs. Up to 3 hours waits.

Get your Registration for the car and Drivers license, and go to the DMV you car was first registered with. If not able to do that you can do it over the Internet.

Go stand in the Never ending line at the DMV (Department Of Motor Vehicles), and ask the anoying lady at the counter on her cell phone what you should do.

Sorry, bad past experiences at the DMV.

all you have to do is go up to the courthouse and apply for a new title there will be a fee but they can usually get one to you in a week just be sure to take in your registration

depends what state you are in but usually the DMV will have a form for you to fill out or if you find a tags and title buisness they can help you.... its relatively easy once you find the buisness...
