Unfortunately, you weren't covered. Get coverage now, though, before something else happens. You may want to try a website that compares multiple companies at once to get you the best price. I am paying less than ½ after I did.

Take care,

Doesn't matter if it expired a nanosecond before your accident, you didn't have coverage. You will have to pay out of pocket. And you are subject to being ticketed for driving without insurance.

Let's see now. Since most insurance starts and stops at 12:01 am, your wreck was around 2 am and that's when most bars close. How much have you had to drink?

Your best bet is to contact a lawyer as soon as possible. You may need to start Bankruptcy proceedings immediatly.

You could fraudulently doctor the paperwork(which I don't reccommend because it is illegal and immoral) or you could have a friend slap you on the back side of your head for being such a moron!!! Pay the bill and quit bellyaching or get rid of all your assets then move to Mexico.

Nothing, you should have renewed, now you will be ticketed for driving w/o insurance and you will be liable for the damages you caused.
