What do you mean you need to purchase insurance for a period of time last year? Is this because you were in an accident and didn't have insurance? I don't think this is possible, but you can call a company such as Geico and ask them.

No one is going to sell you insurance for a period of time for last year. An agent WILL lose their license for doing that.

well, you question is confusing because it is in the past, and also in the future....what are you trying to do....I assume buy car insurance for THIS year? as with most kinds of insurance, you need to shop around, it will be different quotes from everyone.
