what happens in missouri if i need to renew my plates but havent received my personal property tax receipt?

You can go to your city/county government office. They can get a copy for you. In Columbia they usually charge a small fee. I think it's $1.00. I usually have to get another copy everytime I need to renew plates. I'm not organized enough!

Go to city hall. They should be able to help you. I'm also in MO.
