Our car was repaired by an inept bodyshop twice and both times it was in their possession the car was broken into, ie; the tops of both front doors were pulled out at the top. The A/C isn't working now, because of the bodyshop's shotty workmanship, and the State Farm Insurance is telling us we HAVE to take it back to the bodyshop that has already messed our car up twice. After the first fiasco, we were told that the bodyshop was allowed to try to fix their poor work and we gave them that chance but other things got messed up that had nothing to do with the required repairs. It was as if they were trying to damage our car intentionally.

Can State Farm Insurance force us to take our car back to an inept bodyshop for the third time?

lets say you are driving in the left lane, someone comes up to your right and moves over into your lane just barely missiing hitting the right side of your car and did not signal or warn you (they didnt hit you but could have if you hadnt braked) lets say you were driving at normal speed and his actions caused you to hit him. who would be at fault here?

i was driving the other morning on my way to work and a guy dipped right infront of me with no warning. i quickly hit my horn and slowed down but he was so close we could have collided. i was pissed the whole way to work. how dare he do that to me. i guess me going the speed limit ticked him off.

My wife was on maternity leave last year when he got hit in the rear end (she was driving her mothers car). Since that time, she saw a chiropractor for about 3 months and is now fine. My 3 week old son saw the doctor and was fine. My five year old was fine but does panic everytime he sees an auto accident. The total medical bills are $1,500 and the adjuster is offering $2,200. Is this fair? I understand that it was not a major auto accident, but she did have to get help taking care of our son while she was recovering on maturnity leave. We asked for $3000 which we felt was fair and reasonable but he did not flitch and told her to give him a call to discuss this? What's fair? Should I tell him I'm thinking about getting an attorney?
Were not seeking a windfall, we just want a fair amount? Any help would be appreciated.

A partner and I are starting a business and are going to use his vehicle. We thought that maybe my name should be added to the title since we are considering using a joint insurance policy for it as well as other assorted items in our venture. Can my name be added to the title and he/we be able to retain the current loan satisfaction for said vehicle. ie...loan in his name and vehicle is the collateral.

I have recently go into a lease within the last year. Well now my boyfriend also got one and im the MAIN person on both leases. Well my boyfriend got a job promotion out of the area and does not want to have the lease any longer. So I found someone that will take over mine if approved. So that all works out if that works, but I would take over my bpyfriends lease and I thought he would pay the insurance and not get out of the whole thing bc part of this is his doing. So should I just pay the insurance or should I make him? And how would I go about saying something about the insurance to him? I just feel hes getting out of this way to easy. I love him and everything but I feel that he should assume so kind of responsibitly bc he was the one that wanted it in the first place. Please help me!!

My brother was in an accident and didn't have insurance on his car. If he files for SR-22 insurance will that be able to be used for that accident or will it only affect things that might happen in the future? Thanks

When I received my insurance bill this time, there was a lien put
on the insurance information. The company claiming to be a lien holder is a company in Arizona that I have had no dealings with. I have a clear title to the car. The car has never been in Arizona, so it is impossible for it to be a mechanics lien. Anyone had similar problems?

I was recently in an accident in my girlfriend's car. I am currently insured through my father's insurance policy, but my girlfriend's car was not insured (she had very recently gotten it from a relative and had not "gotten around" to setting the insurance up yet). Will my insurance cover her car? Or are we going to be obligated to pay the damages? Or what other options are available?

I have no accidents or tickes, however my premium is higher because my husband has a ticket. He has his own insurance with a different company. Why should I be a good driver if my insurance is quoted based on someone else's records? Does this apply in any other State or only in Florida?
