This friend needed help getting the car, now he's got the car but is in fear of losing it due to 1. the title being in there name. 2. they will have to pay on it.3 something happening to the one whose paying on it. 4 license plate being. from Florida. This person promises to pay and he trusts them, but those other things really bother him about (his bad credit and not being able to pay, and not wanting Florida license plates, but Indiana. Most states require that you register the vehicle there within 30 days. If he purchased the vehicle, or it was purchased for him, he would need to have the car registered into his own name. This would also take care of the Florida/Indiana license plate issue.

If your "friend" is driving the car, and it is not under his name, this can have serious consequences. If he were to have an accident, the registered owner of the vehicle would be liable, and depending on the circumstances, he could be arrested.

If he cant afford to have the vehicle registered into his name, or make the payments, then he has no business driving the car.
