Look at your renewal notice. If you can, it will say so, probably give you the web page you need, and perhaps a password to use. It should also give you an option for mail, and in person.

Do a google for 'yourstate department motor vehicles' (without the quotes and replace yourstate) then take things from there, might take a bit the first time around.
You won't see me in a DMV unless I absolutely have to appear.

If you're talking about registration renewal, yes, in FL you can - but I don't know about where you live. Call your county tax collectors office or look for their website.

I would suspect it depends on the carrier and what they offer on line! Each one has it's own terms of renewal!
