My grandfather bought a 1967 buick riviera from someone in 1990 but unfortunately he passed away a few days later and he never did get the title for the car from the owner. So the car has been siting in a garage for 17 years and my grandmother said i could have it. Where do i even start? How do i find out who the current owner is and how do i get the car put into my name? Any help would be greatly appreciated? Thank you!

just recently found out that my georgia driver's liscence are suspended and have been suspended since 2002 .. I don't live in that state anymore but i was told it was because a failure to appear how would i go about fixing this ????

scenario: in a car accident (my fault) i get injured, but do not loose legs etc, but just need some phisicotherapy - it can cost a lot in uk i guess, and car insurance does not cover that

Are there any sites that will just give you what you're looking for: a fast insurance quote without having to give out all your personal info?

We have 6000 owed on our car and got hit by a truck who was at fault we both have insurance but i would like to know if the insurance will pay what is owed or will they only give the kelley blue book value. And is that based on the trade in value , private property value, or suggested retail value? Any help would be most appreciated. Thank you for your time.

Question for auto accident adjusters .... settlement question.?
My wife and myself had an accident a few months ago and we are now finished with treatment. We both recieved whiplash , neck pain , and lower back pain. We both still have some days, where our necks feel tight and some lower back pain. --- I wanted to know what my case is worth. Here are some of the details.. The car was hit from behind causing $ 6,500 worth of damage to the car and the ins. has already paid for that. The EMT's did come to the accident and transported my wife to the ER. Both of us went to the doctors office a few times and each had a few X-ray's and I had a CT scan. My wife also had a few weeks of physical therapy. Medical bills total $ 4,106.00 and lose wages $ 838.00. I have been told that you are able to get 2 times your medical bills and time lost. Is this right ? Please give me the best answer you can and tell me what you might settle the case for. Thanks

Was involved in MVA - got T-boned by someone who ran a red light and who admitted fault.
Initial diagnosis - Contusion in left shoulder, cervical sprain, lumbar sprain, muscle spasms and related scoliosis.
Therapy - 6 weeks of physical therapy - 3 times per week
Vehicle damage: $7,000.00
Rental Vehicle: $2,458.00
Medications: $158.00
Doctor visits, X-rays, Lab work - $430.00
Physical Therapy: $570.00
Loss of wages: $1,570.00
Loss of wages consisted of one week stay at home - per doctor's note. After return to work the rest of lost wages due to therapy.

How much should my settlement be - considering that I was not able to tend to my infant daughter or her older siblings during the recovery time and/or take care of my household and prepare for Christmas?

It's a very long story but the the short version is my license and registration were supsended for an insurance lapse in New York State. I will pay the suspension fee ($25) bucks and hand in my plates. My question is can I transfer the title to my husbands name in order to re-register it?

I am 20 yrs old with 3yrs of driving exp, and i took drivers training. My G/f is 18 Will just start driving and most likely will not take drivers ed. What are some good plans? What is to much.
