The only way to clean up your motor vehicle record is to wait for time to pass, and start driving more responsibly. If all of your infractions are considered minor (speeding, failure to obey a traffic device, etc.) it usually takes three years from your last incident before you are considered to have a "clean record", and some insurers count 5 years. If you have major infractions, like reckless driving, DUI, etc., it can take longer.

Move. Man, I tell you what, I moved here from florida and these old boys over here don't put up with any crap. I have been pulled over so many times for improper tag, trash and cans blowing out of my truck bed, improper headlights -- you name it. Some dang fool that lives in my trailer park spray painted a aligator head eating a pig wearing a police uniform on the passenger side of my truck. I didnt even see it until a cop pulled me over in gulf shores that day. He let me go with a warning but I had to buy a can of spray paint at walgreens and paint over it before I went anywhere. Dang.
