scenario: in a car accident (my fault) i get injured, but do not loose legs etc, but just need some phisicotherapy - it can cost a lot in uk i guess, and car insurance does not cover that

it doesn't matter what insurance you buy if you admit liability your insurance wont pay out. if you dont admit and are fully comp the other persons insurance will pay out.
Its a matter of liability not insurance cover.

Fully comp.....this in the UK !! howver, if the wife drives the
family car, you mite want to get loading...
