I had my car repaired at a dealership under my insurance after an accident. It took them three weeks to complete my car, and they ended up giving me a loaner for a few days. When I returned the loaner, and picked my car up they never asked for the deducable. It's been almost two weeks since then. I signed for the car and everything. Should I still count on oweing them the money or can I say forget it and spend it?

Daughter was involved in an auto accident. Other driver pulled out of parking lot in front of her. She admitted at the scene, fault. She claimed driving son's car so didn't have proof of insurance. Unfortunately daughter did not call police so there's no accident report. We've been able to get ins. info and have filed claim. Insurance company has tried to contact this lady and the son and neither will answer their phone. Ins. company will not accept liability until they can obtain a statement from driver.
What is my next course of action?

I was rear ended a few months ago. My car had a 5500 damage. I sufferred lower back, shoulder and neck pain. I have to cut short my treatment because of the inconveniences and I just deal with the ache here and there, now and then. My medical bill is now about 3000. What should I settle for including medical bill?

My car was invovled in an accident and I claim my insurance and the insurance co decided to write it off. I just renewed my insurance one month before the accident. I can claim back the 11 month unused road tax from DVLA from the Post Office. However, the insurance co said that I cannot claim unused portion of insurance. I paid one year in advanced and I have 11 month insurance left. What do you think? What is the normal practice? Obviously the car no longer exists and I should have my money back?

I was in a store parking lot and was hit by an uninsured / unlicensed 15 year old while I was in my vehicle. I was given the correct name of the driver and her mother along with a license plate number of the vehicle but the rest of the contact information turned out to be false/outdated. There was over $3000 in damage to my vehicle. I didn't have uninsured motorist coverage so my insurance company wont deal with it and I can't take them to small claims court because I don't know where they are. Is there any way to resolve this? It just makes me angry that a 15 year old can cause that much damage and give false information and get away with it. What can I do?

I bought a new car yesterday and today while I was taking my daughter to the local amusement center someone backed into it and left no note and I couldnt find anyone who had seen what happened...

I reported it to security, but they said they could do nothing and the security camera that I purposely parked near was not working...

Is there anything that I can do about this? There is about $1000 worth of damage and Im not looking forward to paying for it all...
