Hi there,
With the introduction of MOT computerisation, take your V5 reg doc with you along to any MOT station and they can issue a duplicate MOT cert and the of between £10-15 is applicable.
Mot computerisation allows replacements and duplicates to be issued at any station. Any MOT station will be happy to help.

If you had one of the new printed versions you can go in to ANY MOT site and they will be able to access a duplicate for you and I am sorry that loosing it will cost you a tenner

You do not have to go back to the station that did it in the first place unless it is one of the hand written certificates

If you do go to a different MOT site you wll require your V5 registration document so take it with you

Any garage that tests can give you a reprint as its all computerised now. You don't actually need the paper part as it's now regarded as a receipt as the important info is on DVLA's computer.
