How do i file insurance claim of my car when the car company is out sourcing the repairing activity?

Repairing service is not available at the place.The coy(honda city) is asking to pay the claim amount to the outsorced firm even before the claimed amout is released.

check the laws, but you should be able to choose the repair place. they need to either pay you directly or pay the repair facility.

I would give them the number of the company that you intend to do the repairs with and have them get the price quotes themselves.
