one is in front of the other, A drunk driver comes along and rear-ends the last car (now the middle car) pushing it forward and causing it to rear-end the front car. Who is at-fault for rear-ending the front car? (HINT: NOT the Drunk!) and WHY?!

Hi there!!
I was in a head on collision in Italy in July (I was a passenger, both drivers were said to be at fault)...I'm an American who's been living in the U.K the past few years..Though this settlement is being handled in Italy, I wanted to know would occur settlement-wise had it happened in the US (partly to show my Italian lawyer)...I had a broken sternum (was only hospitalized one day) torn ligament in my toe and whiplash (the doctor said there was arthritis in my neck, not sure if that was bad translation or if it is the case)...I had to miss two weeks of work (since I'm a government contactor, am paid by the hour and have no sick leave or anything like that)...I have had severe anxiety driving sine then....My sternum is still sore and I am still experiencing shortness of breath but it has healed somewhat...Okay, that's all!! I just really have no experience with anything like this and was wondering what an outcome would be in a similar case in the U.S. Thanks much!!

he did'nt ask for my insurance card and did'nt call the police. I gave my name and number, but never admitted fault, (i'm not sure it was my fault) HE said it was his sons car and he thought the damage could be buffed away, but he would have his son contact me. I wish i had gotten his information.
How bad is this going to turn out for me? There really was hardly any noticeable marks to either car.

two years ago, my jersey driver's license was suspended for 2 years, as a result of a DUI conviction...the suspension will expire on the 23rd of this month...in the interim, my jersey license expired...i now live in pennsylvania and, of course, want to obtain a pa. license...to do so, i believe i will have to have, from the new jersey mvc, a "letter of restoration", indicating that i have served the suspension, paid all fines and fees, and fulfilled all other requirements pursuant to the conviction...

is this "letter" generated automatically upon expiration of the suspension period?

or, am i going to have to "go to war" with the njmvc to have this "letter" issued?

any help will be greatly appreciated...thanx in advance...

My car got broken into in front of my house and stole all my stereo equipment. I called my insurance and the insurance adjuster came over and saw my car was broken into and keyed around the car. When he saw the car was keyed he questioned me and said, it doesnt say that on here on the report. My mother called it in since its on her insurance plan and said "the car was vandlised and they stole all the stereo equipment, she diddnt specifily say it was keyed. So the insurance guy said they will investigate? So i go to see the police report and it really only talks about the forced entry and what was stolen, nothing about the car being keyed. So at this point i dont know what to do? i dont want to get screwed? what should i do
