that same day no however after that day yes...or a person could say a week later after having plenty of time to take care of it that they already got a ticket..that would be like speeding getting pulled over getting a ticket and thinking that you could speed for now on!!

probably. i don't think there's a law against getting fined for the same thing twice. you could get pulled over and fined multiple times for speeding, for example. but, anyhow, if it happens, just explain that you already know, you've already been fined, and you'll get it taken care of as fast as you can. might work...

You'd be lucky if all you get second time is another fine.

First time round you can claim you hadn't realised or whatever.

Second time clearly states "I know, and I'm going to continue driving the car regardless"

Cops & courts don't like that kind of thing.

yes the cops may forgive the first one if its fixed within 10 days the second they tend to get mad at....but in the same day just show the ticket and they usually wont write another

yes they can write another ticket if you don't get it done as soon as possible, and they probably will if they see you out driving it like this, there real a strict on this stuff,id just get it inspected, and be done with it,that's easier than paying tickets,,good luck,,,and happy thanksgiving.
