Call your insurance company and open an uninsured motorist property damage claim. That's so your car can get fixed. This is part of your liability coverage. Yuo don't need full coverage. DON'T TELL THEM YOU FEEL AT FAULT. Are you hurt? If you are, you can also sue your insurance company for bodily injury.

How the UM PD works? You will open a claim. They will send an inspector out to look at your car. That inspector will draw up a report of damages. Based on his report, your insurance company will offer that amount. You will have the option of pocketing the money or fixing your car. To the insurance company, you r always going to fix the car. However, they will deduct your deductible from you. So if damages are $2,000 and your deductible is $500.00, they will only give you $1,500.00

I dont know which part of the world u are from, but over here, if u have full car insurance, then it doesnt matter if the other peron is insured or not. It doesnt even matter if that person who hit u is there. Not even if that person ran off. Even if its your own fault, still it doesnt matter. The insurance will cover the damage. Thats what its for, if ur car is damaged, then the insurance company will pay to get it fixed. Dont worry about if that person drove off, although i would be pissed as hell and try to chase him down as im not insured lol. But if u are, then relax.
oh btw, im from pakistan. I dont know if the same policy rules apply elsewhere.

Theres nothing you can really do. I was in an accident and the other guy fled.....I didnt get his plate number or nothing....I just made a police report because my car was stuck on top of a guard rail. If you car wasnt badly damaged i wouldnt worry about the insurance. But you werent in the wrong at all.

Did you get any info from the other party? If not did you get a plate number? Because if you did then report them to the Police because it's against the law to leave the scene of a property damage accident without giving your info to other party.

If you pulled out, and a auto with precedence hit you, it might be your fault. However, it appears he did not believe that there were a collision, and he made no attempt to trade the specified main points with you. Should he now begin complaining that there used to be a collision he has truthfully dedicated an offence by way of no longer replacing main points with you - it is referred to as failing to quit after an coincidence. I doubt you'll pay attention something extra approximately this. Just watch out pulling out or turning correct - it's difficult to asess the pace of an coming near auto, and even supposing he's excess of the pace prohibit it might nonetheless be your fault if there used to be a collison as you changed into his direction.
