I plan on buying an SUV for both commuting and off-roading. The off-roading won't just be on dirt roads however, but sand dunes, mud, over rocks, etc. I'm confused as to why they say 4WD is better in this situation than AWD. Assume here that both are the same type of frame - truck frames or car frames.

the car has 120,000 mile i give it regular oil changes two weeks ago i had the intake serviced at jiffy lube. the car runs great other wise is there anyone who has delt with this type of problem?

Its a 75 chevy, the heat works good, believe me. what can I do to keep the windows from foggin up so bad in the rain? when the defrost is on, it makes things worse. It dosent have A/C.

I'm thinking of buying a 1999-2002 Honda Odyssey minivan. Unfortunately I've heard some stories about the transmissions on these mininvas being troublesome. Now I don't want the opinions of just a handful of people influence my decision. Hondas are known for their quality so I find it hard to believe that there would be any problems. I see these vans all over the place so they can't be all bad. Any one have any info to share with me?

When i was still with my ex, he accidently backed his truck up to my car and bent my bumper and even though we are no longer together, he is still agreeing to fix my bumper but I would just prefer the money so I would like to know how much to ask for. I think i'm definitely going to get one! I've always had Jeeps and this new Wrangler Unlimited seems like a good car. I'm looking into a 2007 Wrangler Unlimited 4 door 4x4 with soft top. what are the advantages and disadvantages of the soft top? ive had a cherokee, a liberty, and a grand cherokee, but never a wrangler, and obviously never a soft top. is it possible to put a hard top on it also, if you buy a soft top and want a hard top during winter months? how much is a hard top if you buy it seperately? any information regarding the soft tops, hard tops, or Wranglers in general is greatly appreciated!!

This car already run 2700 miles after head gasket blown. i checked with honda. Estimation for replace gaskets / repair is $900 (1 yr parts / 1 yr Labour warranty). Same I checked with some other auto shop, they estimated $513. (1 yr parts / 90 days Labour warranty.) So which option I shud go. Honda or local shop. Just to inform u that Radiator alredy replaced.
