Honda is not going to introduce a 4-cylinder Accord Hybrid for 2008. The Hybrid is exclusive the the V-6 on the Accord. This doesn't mean that in the future the Accord will not be available as a 4-cylinder Hybrid, but it is highly unlikely.

Honda's bread and butter hybrid is the Civic.

There's no such thing as a V-4. It's a 4 cylinder and I think that the current Accord has a hybrid 6 cylinder. But the new 2008 Accords will have the 4 cylinder.
