The one I am replacing came out easy because it was cracked in several places. It is one solid piece and I can't get the new one to fit. Do I have to take the grill out?

I'm looking at trading a guy my Ford van for a 1990 full sized Ford Bronco, but I don't know if it has a solid axle up front or if it is an independent front suspension. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!

I have a 2002 Golf (automatic four door GL) and lately it has been "shifting" and lurching even though i don't have a standard. I will go from 0 to 20 and then the car will lurch forward at the same time it will rev up and the RPMs go up a bit. Then it will be fine until it gets to about 40mph and it will do the same thing again.
It is only doing this right when i get in it after not drivng all night or when i get in it to drive home. it doesnt do it after about 10 minutes of the car being warmed up. What do you think the problem could be?

I've seen a couple of 530's with the 166's. When I called my local BMW dealer, they said that since the size of the 166's is 19 inches, and I currently have 18 inch wheels, it would be not be possible to have 166's on my 550. Obviously, since the size of the 166's is an inch larger, I'll need new tires as well, but is it even possible to have 166's on a 550?

I have a Ford Fiesta Encore 1997 and it seems that the accelerator is sticking, in the sense that when I take my foot of the pedal the engine keeps on going. As you can probably tell this can be quite scary when edging out onto a junction but other than that it's not causing a problem other than being a nuisance. Has anybody else had a problem like this and if so what needs to be done? The engine has cut out a few times too, only seems to happen when still though, such as waiting at a junction etc is this in any way connected?

i have a car with a chevy 350 v8 in it. it's not my daily driver, and i kind of want to put a more powerful engine into it, so lately, i've been seeing just what the old 350 can take. Today, I drove 4 miles down the straight highway with the gas floored, all the way. Then, when there was no traffic, i stopped in place, held the brake down as far as i could, and floored the gas. i pretty much burnt the right tire off the rim. Then, when i got home, i sat in the driveway revving the engine to 6,000 rpms, and then put it in drive, put the E-brake on completely, held the normal brake down as far as i could, and floored the gas. it stayed right at 1,500 rpms and it sounded like it was under a HUGE load. the tires weren't spinning or anything. Keep in mind, i don't want to blow up this engine by draining the oil, just running the hell out of it. How hard was i on this engine today?
