I am looking for something that has the build quality I can trust (I experienced a tread seperation on one tire of my last set after only 3 weeks of use. They were $40 tires.) Do I have to buy the best of the best for this? I would rather not spend more than $75 per tire. But, if that is what it costs to get something decent, then I can justify spending the extra cash.

Me and my friend went 4x4ing 3 days ago and got really bad stuck in lake Norman my truck is sitting in about three feet of water and wont start no winch, no other truck to help, and my dad dont know yet and i wont to keep it that way. ANY ADVICE?

I just bought a 1993 Saab Cse 9000 for 1800. Its a really nice car but the only problem is that it doesnt go in reverse. It grinds and pops out. Im wondering how much it would cost? Estimate.

Ive been told $300, but when he looked at it and saw it was front wheel drive he said maybe $1500 because they have to take the engine out but he doesnt really know? Anyone help! Thanks

I have a 1996 Pathfinder 4 wheel drive with 120,000 miles on it that has a "sway" problem. The sway can occur at any time but usually on the highway (at any speed). The body starts rocking side to side and if the speed is maintained, it gets gets worse. Letting off the gas or increasing speed will make it stop. The truck has new shocks and struts but the problem has not improved. The front end was just aligned and checked for suspension wear. Tires have been balanced and rotated. Has any one else exhibited this problem or have any ideas?

I have done quite a bit of research, and I would disagree with most people and say GM is the best car company. Just look at this http://www.consumeraffairs.com/news04/2006/10/toyota_quality.html Toyota has had the most recalls in 06, and looks to keep it that way in 07. GM swept the NACTOY (North American Car of the Year) with their Saturn Aura and Chevy Silverado, a feat done only once before by Honda in 2006. No Toyota models won. If Toyota was really the best wouldnt they have actually won a best model? Not just the most eco-friendly. If Toyota was really that good why is the Corolla placed 5/6 in Car and Drivers test of small sedans, and why is the Yaris dead last in SmartMoneys? You tell me why Toyota is so good.

Civic 87 1.5L Carburated After Motor Head replacement the car won't start. Timing marks all aligned. It only starts if I advance the timing moving the distribuidor too far advanced (bolt removed) Once it starts the timing can be set again back to 20 BTDC ... what is wrong ? Could be the ignition not advancing the timing for starting ?
