I'm considering it when I buy a car. I'm looking for something economical.

We own 2 Yaris Hatchbacks and we love them. They are dependable, great on gas, and are actually roomie inside. I moved a full sized mobile dishwasher, still in it's box, inside the car.
They don't have a lot of power, but move along pretty good.
They get 35 miles to the gallon.
They handle like a small economy car would, a little rough over bad bumps and some road noise. The car is a great value for the money.
Take one for a ride, if you can find one at the dealer. Most are on a 2 month wait.

Anything that size is going to be noisy. I guess if I had to pick between a Daewoo and a Toyota it would be an easy pick. I own a Yaris and like it.

I bought the hatchback and I'm quite happy with it. I think there is enough room inside, the mileage is great and the price was right. Plus you gotta remember Toyota's track record. They are dependable. Yeah there is the road noise but after a while you don't seem to notice it much, at least I don't.

piece of advice: steer clear of the yaris. Yes it looks nice and gets good mileage, but it's cramped inside and the center mounted guage cluster is a safety hazard as you have to take your eyes off the road to see them,as peripherals don't work with it. you'd be better off with the honda fit or nissan versa.

I have the sedan model. Its not going to win any races but I love it!! And the gas milage is excellent for driving around the DC metro area with these expensive gas prices.

I have one and I love it. I have the 4 door sedan.
It gets great gas miliage and it is a comfortable ride. I love it!
