Is the distributor wet? if so, use WD40 to get the water out, then cover with plastic and seal tight if you can. water in tail pipe might make it hard to start. try to get some flexi pipe on it and use starting fluid in the intake JUST A LITTLE BIT to much could damage the engine. I am not responsible for all or any damages, sorry
MACGIVER TRICK: """ONLY IF ALL IS LOST""":Put sealed empty drums under front bumper and sides of truck, strap to frame, fill with air to "float the truck" use tires as paddles to move the truck, (if engine will start). prep time and execution time: 2 hrs to setup 10 min to see if it will work

Trust me, your best bet is to tell your Dad, yeah, he'll probably be mad as hell and tell you your and idiot, but it seems like you could use his help, and I have found out that just comming out and fessing up and being honest is always the best and smartest choice. On top of that, its already to late, you need your truck out NOW, because its been setting in water for too long and if it already hasnt, stuff is getting real bad real quick for your truck, and more than likely, it wont be long before your dad finds out, and if your dad is anything like my step-dad....if he finds out from anyone OTHER than you...the **** will officially hit the fan, and you probably wont have to worry about getting your truck out, because you wont be able sit down in the driver's seat for a while.

You are so busted. but I lave been in this situation before. Get a hand winch ,a ground anchor and a long tow rope. All these parts are in a 4x4 recovery pack at your local 4x4 store. It will make a great present for dad later. Now you have to winch the car out and wash it, but if it is normaly dirty don't Wash it to much you will get caught! Your car is now clean but smells and has water in the oils,Get the car serviced and a light detail inside.

Tell your dad. He will find out anyway sooner or later. Better he finds out from you than the police that find it after some hiker reports it.
