If you could get Carmen Electra to do a demo naked, then maybe. But the car is 12+ years old, so to get a big payday you would need to show very low miles, no rust and a clean CARFAX report.
Kelley Blue Book is about $4,200 (assuming 93k miles). That's a good place to start.

does it have gold rims ? lol just kidding if the car is in emaculate condition , low mileage, good engine .sure it could be, but do some searching online for other prelude's to see what the prices are like , that usually helps alot
