I think i'm definitely going to get one! I've always had Jeeps and this new Wrangler Unlimited seems like a good car. I'm looking into a 2007 Wrangler Unlimited 4 door 4x4 with soft top. what are the advantages and disadvantages of the soft top? ive had a cherokee, a liberty, and a grand cherokee, but never a wrangler, and obviously never a soft top. is it possible to put a hard top on it also, if you buy a soft top and want a hard top during winter months? how much is a hard top if you buy it seperately? any information regarding the soft tops, hard tops, or Wranglers in general is greatly appreciated!!

Couple grand for a hard top usually. Soft tops are nice...and they have really made a lot of changes so that you don't run into them getting cold or leaking like they used to. If you can afford to buy the hard top I would go with that and then just ad on the soft top. Reason being is that if you are financing, it's easier to come up with the few hundred for a soft top than 2 grand for a hard top. Finance in the hard top and have them add on a soft top. You really should be just fine with a soft top in the winter...I really wouldn't worry about that too much (if you decide to go with the soft top).
If you plan on keeping for a long time, go with hardtop then just buy a soft top for it. Not a necessity for the hard top...but is nice to have.
Sold 32 Jeep Wranglers last year...just what people have told me they would do if they could buy all over again. Good luck and man are you going to LOVE your Wrangler...they are awesome!!!
