I am looking at cars to purchase to replace my Taurus possibly, I want to know if the Aldero is a good reliable car, mechanically sound in other words to buy,I have heard the brakes are not the greatest, but replacing brakes does not bother me. Any thing else other than that?

disconnect the battery and reconnect it so i did and it stayed off but a couple of days ago it came on and i took it to ford and they put it on their machine and they didnt find anything wrong with it but they said that my gas tank thing wasnt tight enough and it has a sensor and thats why it kept coming on has anyone that owns a 06 mustang gt had this problem or heard of it?

I'm really interested in the Canyon but I want the 4-cyl. engine only because the '07 models you can't get a 5-speed manual with the inline 5-cyl engine. The 4-cyl is rated 185 hp, 190 lb-ft of torque which is the highest of any 4-cyl. among compact pickups, yet they're only rated to tow 2100 lbs (with the manual trans.) The 4-cyl. Toyota Tacoma & Nissan Frontier are only in the 150 hp range, yet they are rated to tow 3500 lbs. What gives???? I can't wait to hear the explanation on this one.....

And before you ask I'm not even considering a Ford Ranger. >:(

i lost the original master key to my 2005 pontiac grand prix and have purchased a new key but dont have the program to the key to the car. i really dont want to pay a 65.00 towing fee and a 85.00 programming fee if i can help it. hi, i have a renault megane sport 1.6 convertible. Last winter it was often having problems starting and after a trip to the garage they replaced one of the 4 leads from the coil ( i think) and has been fine since. However winter has rolled round agaian and i have been having same problem will tick over but wont fire up until after about 10 attempts battery goes !! any ideas

I have a 2001 used malibu, recently I've been having this problem where this theft light is blinking preventing the car to start, its been this twice before, but after 8 hours its starts perfectly with no problems for months, this last time, still hasnt turned on....... I never put a theft sys in the car personal but it looks like one was installed before i got the care, if the dealership deactativated the sys could the computer once in awhile ready the sensor
