You could go for the roots type superch. as on the mustang V8s. Another good one is a paxton centrifugal Sch. It mounts in fr. of the eng. like the alternator, so you dont` need to tear the eng. appart. It works like a belt driven turbo. but less plumbing, and easy to put the eng. back into stock cond. Inst. a good cat-back ex system (the eng. has to breathe) Make sure you use an intercooler w\ any kind of supercharger. Also you can install in-dash boost controls so your power is there on demand. Consider a shift kit as well to tune the trany to your driving needs. As with any power incr. chack all your coolant hoses and clamps. Dont forget to tune your computer w\ a quality chip. And you`ll have to get the power to the ground, so think about tq. converter stall, rear-end gear ratios and wheels.(tires n` brakes.) After your power goodies are in, buy some quality guages (oil temp\preas. coolant, etc.) Go a step at a time and make a killer sleeper!! When you decide; post a quest. and we`ll get into specifics. There is a LOT one can do these days.

Well just look at all the catalogs that sell performance parts for an F-Series truck. But why are you going to do this to a "perfectly" good truck in the first place

You will totally ruin all performance with add ons. This car has obd 2 computer control for emissions and any alterations will mess it all up.
