I recently bought a car with a Fuel Pressure Reg. and I think it may be too rich so I want to buy an a/f gauge. I know the Wideband comes with a gauge and a seperate sensor vs. the a/f gauge that taps into my factory 02 sensor. I've noticed a large $$$ difference between a Wideband Sensor and a A/F gauge. I want to know what's the advantage of the ($300) Wideband over the ($75) A/F Gauge?

Here's the thing the car seems like its okay but coolent isn't circulating. The radiator never gets hot but the guage does. Can't really drive the car because it overheats within five minutes. Any ideas. Its an 84 944 with about 130k miles.

The front door (driver's side) of my 1995 Lexus ES300 won't open from the outside but I'm able to open it from inside. The last time I drove the car, I had my car washed at one of those drive through car wash machines at gas stations? Could this have caused the problem? Any ideas on what's causing the problem and how to repair it would be appreciated.

I also notice smoke with a weird oil-burning smell coming from my steering column...I just recently had a starting problem, so it could be from that, but it's really strange with the speedometer/tach thing...I'm kind of scared to drive it, and I do a lot of highway driving. What do you think it could be?!
It's a '92 Honda Civic, automatic transmission, if that helps.

I own a 2000 Lincoln LS V6 5 spd manual transmission. Had it for a year, and have yet to find another LS of any year with a manual tranny. Anyone else own one or have ever heard of any others out there?

I HAD A FUEL PUMP INSTALLED IN MY GAS TANK ITS ON A 2001 CHEV CAVILEAR SINCE THE INSTALLIATION MY RESEPTION HAS GONE FROM 80 MILES ON A STRONG STATION TO 30 MILES AND THERE IS NOW STATIC. Hello, I have a 96 Jetta and last night while I was about 40 miles from home it crapped out on me. I was going up a slight hill (in 4th gear) and it started sort of jerking forward and back on me, I thought mabye I was going too slow for 4th gear so I put it in 3rd, and it did the same thing. I had to pull over. I tried many times to start it, every time it idled very rough before it eventually died... What could be causing this? I tried starting it while my friends looked under the hood and they said they saw a spark, any ideas? Is this going to be very expensive to fix?? Thanks for your help.

i've replaced the fuel pump,filter,throtte pos. sensor,computer,dist.cap+wires'it will start but dies unless you pump the gas.and even then it will revup sounding good ,then bog out and die

I went to the dealership today and found out they stopped shipping manual wrangler 06's. I looked around and found a silver (2nd choice) 06 wrangler sport automatic. the dealer offered 5k below msrp, which seems pretty sweet. but how do autos hold up in wranglers? i know manuals are the way to go (I have to leanr how to drive stick though haha) for wranglers and i dont like the new 07's so much. what shoud i do? thanks in advance. mike
