It could be multiple things depending on the situation. If the vibration happens while coasting to a stop and not while braking it could be a problem with the engine mounts going bad. This will cause the engine to shake the Truck when it gets to a certain rpm range. If it happens only while breaking as said you could have a warped rotor or drum depending on the type of brake system. Uneven Breaking could be another reason while braking, meaning that one side is breaking harder than the other, which could cause the Truck to vibrate and pull to one side.
Suspension, Alignment, Unbalanced Tire/Rim and Wheel Bearings can cause a similar problem, but the first two I mentioned above are most likely if its only while slowing down and not pulling to one side.
I don't really know you situation since I can't see it, but I do suggest you get it checked out because shaking usual means something could end up giving out on you.

Well it is either in your brakes or in your tires. I would have both checked as soon as possible. In the tires you could have a broken belt causing the shake when you get below a certain speed or while braking. In the brakes you could have worn or warped rotors, bad brake pad lining or poor pressure when brakes applied. Have it checked, if not for your safety then for the safety of those around you. Good Luck!

I had the same problem with a car once. I would have this checked out. I don't have the car anymore because I flipped it going down a hill when I lost control. I never knew what the problem was because after this happened it was put in a junkyard. This really happened to me and I think it had something to do with the tire rod ends or alignment underneath my car. It shaked everytime I slowed down too.

It could be that or your roters... did they change those as well? My husband replaced my ball joints on my Suburban a couple of years ago. If your brake pads were worn down alot, your roters could be warped. If the roters aren't badly warped they can be turned, if not you need new ones. I'm pretty sure it's your roters. Also, if they don't change out your calipers (and they usually don't, it makes the wear on your brakes & roters uneven). You also don't mention the year of your 350. I sell truck advertising, so I kind of hear this stuff all the time.

if its when your braking ind felt in the pedal (brake pedal) its a warped brake rotor, and is felt in the steering if its not from braking take to a good ASE shop have it looked at and could be something like a bad tire out of round, out of balance, something coming apart in the front end,and or just brakes needed, if felt in the seat of the pants its the rear either way i have no history on this vehicle and type year and so one so just by what you saying it could be anything, so take to the dealer and or a reputable shop for proper diagnosis's, and you could be putting you life in danger and to others as well ,need more detail or see the vehicle and or test drive, good luck,

Sounds like warped rotors to me. Just a word of advice....Don't have them turned. At the price of new ones today its about the same price to turn them as it is to replace them, and when you turn them they are thinner and warp faster so its not worth it. If your brakes are below min get them replaced too. Both the brakes and the rotors will last longer.
