Petrol pumps at south Delhi sell old n functional foreign cars , you could check out those for a start.
Also check the Times of India advt on wednesdays- buy/sell cars etc.
You could try placing an Ad with them also.

you can find them in delhi or mumbai. ask any car dealer . search for it on google,yahoo,indiatimes etc.
