Could be Brakes or suspension or as simple as tires needing balanced, do you notice anything at 65mph? Or only when you slow down? You could go to somewhere like Tuffy service center or anywhere that does free inspections to find out what it is. Just tell them your problem and tell them you want a free inspection.
