my chrystler is stuck in 2nd gear at first it was a fuse blown now it just stuck ther in 2nd its a 2001 300m anybody can help me

also thers square boxes show up around every gear 1234dr

If all the "boxes" are illuminated around all the gear selections, my guess is you have an electrical problem in your transmission wiring harness. The first thing to do is have the transmission checked for fault codes. Once you have a code, you'll need a diagnostic manual so you'll have a "diagnostic tree" to follow. It's possible your "PRNDL" switch is bad, but since you said you had a blown fuse, I suspect you have a transmission wiring harness issue, probably a chaffed wire shorting to ground. This is not really a "Do-it-yourself" type job, I would recommend taking the vehicle to a Chrysler dealer for repair. BTW, don't drive it too far or very fast (over 30 MPH) as you can burn up the transmission!

YOU HAVE A STUCK SOLONOID INSIDE TRANS MISSION,TRY A TRANS MISSION FLUSH,NOT JUST A FLUID CHANGE,YOUR TRANS IS IN LIMP MODE SO IT CAN BE DRIVEN HOME OR TO SHOP
