I have a Mustang with a 302 with what I believe to be a hairline crack in one of the heads. I am not sure though. The engine keeps pushing coolant into the overflow and not returning it. There is no coolant in the oil or oil in the coolant and I am not losing any coolant because the coolant in the overflow bottle fills back up the radiator. I was wondering if it would be best to just replace the heads. I have never done this before and wanted to know if it is really difficult and if I should leave it up to a professional. Also I have heard of products that you pour into the cooling system and they fix cracks in the heads. Do those really work?

Ford Taurus Electrical Problem? (2000 se 3.0 ffv)?

My car is getting a draw from the battery. I replaced the altenator , and battery but i still have a draw and i cant seem to locate the problem and i was wondering if anyone has the same problem or knows whats wrong. I've used a test light and pulled a fuse from the fuse box under the hood and the light stopped pulsing then i put it back and went in the car and pulled my cluster, flasher, rcc memory fuse and the pulsing stopped so somewere in between this is the problem and i can not seem to locate it.

any ideas what i have to do to have a airbag re-set on my daughters Daewoo Matiz please?

since having a check at a garage on why a particular fuse keeps blowing, her airbag light is permantly on, it was ok before. When she phoned up the garage, they said it was because of the fuse blowing, even though they did not find a fault. This i think was crap! they then said they could not re-set it, it needs to go to a garage that can do it.

been quoted £462.00 for new drive-shaft on a Peugeot 106, does this seem a fair price?

I bought a peugeot 106 1.6i XR automatic I noticed some vibration going on and shaky going around islands ect. So i took the car to my local peugeot garage who identified the problem as a driveshaft and quoted me £462.00 for supply and fitting. Does this seem reasonable thanks clacky.

Is a 97 Mitsubishi Galant a good car?

I am looking at a 97 Galant that looks like it's in perfect condition. The only problem is that I'm not very familar with the Mitsubishi brand. I have a suspicion it's not as good as the other brands I've been looking at (Honda, Toyota, Nissan). Does anyone have any advice?
