Okay before I get a lecture from someone, I realize helmets are for safety and not looks, but let's be totally honest here. How many people wear a full face helmet on their crusier and especially their Harley? Not trying to single out Harley riders, but do you think a full face just looks goofey on a Harley? Personally I would feel safer with one, but don't want to look like a tard either.

1997, Rodeo, 97,000 miles.
When I have the air conditioner on, occaisionally there is a short, loud "'swoosh" sound coming from the engine compartment. It sounds like a short burst of air. It is sporadic, intermittent, and doesn't seem to alter the car's performance in any noticable way. Is this anything serious?

We were rear-ended at a red light back in Feb. Police was called and a report filed. I ended up going to see a Chiropractor from Feb - May for treatment for my neck. The bill is close to $2000. The insurance of the person who hit us only wants to pay $500. What can I do? Is it going to cost me if I get a lawyer. I don't want any extra money. I just want the bill payed. I don't have the money to pay the difference (1500) Will threatening them with a lawyer get them to work work with me? I am not sure what my options are. thanks..

ive changed the pump, filter, carb and fuel lines but still can't get fuel to the carb. not sucking air that i can tell. motor will run if i keep spraying fuel into the carb. any ideas on more things to check would be great. does the cam have to be in a certain position when installing the new fuel pump? no pumps in fuel tank. and no tank filters. this is on a 85 F250 w/ 351.

Also wondering whether to put body kit on car and than sell it, because I already have an exhaust, hood ornament, cold air intake, and some interior work (red paint and other little things) or sell body kit amd car seperately. The hood ornament is also silver, so it sticks out, just about the only thing I'm embarressed about my car. All of which I bought this way (1,500, can't beat that)

I received an estimate from my local dealer, it turned out to be $2,200 in damages. I wanted to go through her insurance, but their "estimate" is about $1,100. If I go through my insurance, I have to pay $1,000 deductible which I shouldn't have to seeing it was not my fault. I've been waiting for a month since the accident and still don't know what to do...they are screwing me over I think...

My 1965 merc 500 runs great. When I take it out, about 20 minutes later just sitting on the trailer, a little lower unit grease leaks out of the lower unit. I think it is coming from the little nipple place where you change the lube. There is no cap on it. Is there something greatly wrong with my engine, or do I just need a new cap? Thanks

My car (1995 Chevrolet Camaro Z28) has some rock chips that I would like to touch up. The color is Medium Patriot Red Metallic (paint code: 71U bc/cc wa- u9913), but neither the dealer nor duplicolor seem to carry it anymore.

Does anyone know somewhere I can get some and/or some other good paint companies I can try?

I saw one at a sporting event the other day. It was cigar shaped, moved silently, and seem to just hover slowly. It was grey metallic type color and huge. It started shining lights at us like it was trying to communicate. Eventually it started scrolling words across it in English.

I have an overhead dome in the front seat where switches can be used to turn these off (I think these may be also associated with my headlights which I can turn off). However I have a rear dome light with no switch on it that will not turn off when the rear door or window hatch is open. My friends and I go to the drive in occasionally and my car is ideal to use because of the size, but people get pretty pissed off if you're in front of them with your interiors on. Let me know if anyone knows the answer. I have been looking online and have not had any luck. Could not find my car manual either. Thanks: )
