Since they are identical if the have a U.S. passport they could get away with it as long as only one were traveling. Foreigners are required to give their fingerprints when they enter the U.S. so they would get caught.

No, two or more people, no matter how identical they may be; cannot share a passport. I know a set of twins that have a fingerprint scan included in their papers, in case people become confused.

Everyones fingerprints are different, even identical twins.

Together they would both need a Passport. Legally, no, they both need a passport. But, I guess they could use the same passport, alone, without the other twin and no one be the wiser, but, it would legally be the passport of the one it issued to.

I don't think anyone can really know, since your DNA is identical, but it's really cheating. Everyone should have his/her own passport. It's not very expensive and if you want to travel together, you'll need 2 passports anyway.

You can't share one, but I wouldn't be surprised if people did... depending on the country, it may be very valuable to have a passport of that country's.

Fingerprints, or retinal scans
(No, not DNA. Identical twins are likely to have identical genetics, at least at a gross level.)
