What are your rights as a customer getting service done. I have paid 400$ to get my bike fixed and they have had my bik for over 2 weeks. They have claimed it to be fixed 3 times already, and i have taken it back 3 times.

It was intially taken in for stalling and not starting when the engine reached 200. They said carbs are fouling out and either they are dirty or fuel level is adjusted to high. They claimed they did this service. During the multiple returns they said an oil change would fix it, and that they replaced the plugs and that would fix it. Its not fixed.

The bike starts now and will run warm but will not accerate with any speed what so ever. I give it throttle while moving and it wont go. I couldnt go faster than 51mph on the freeway in 6th gear. They are now blaming it on the k&n air filter and keep asking if it has a jet kit. Wouldnt they be able to tell if it did from cleaning the carbs?
Any ideas of what it could be or what i sould do as the customer?

What is the in-voice not the kelly blue book or the black book the in-voice in other words what the dealer actually pays for the car. Im looking at a 2007 chevy aveo no power windows or power mirrors, alarm system non existant and radio only AM FM. Dealer after 45 minutes of negotiation said he could lower it to $11,000 if I bought it that minute because they have to hit their weekly goal. I told him I have to talk it over with my wife Im not married :)

My car was stolen from me and recovered with no damage except for a completely destroyed interior. Everything from the seats, carpet, dash, etc. needed to be replaced by the insurance company. The cost to do this exceeded that of the car so they in turn totaled it. I decided to by the car back and fix it up on my own. Sounded like a great idea at the time. But now 6 months down the road I want a new car and need to sell this one. This car now has a "rebuilt" title due to the insurance company totaling it and I am finding it very hard to sell because no one will even look at it because it says "salvage." Now I do not want to fraud anyone in any shape, way or form and plan on disclosing the cars history to every potential buyer. I just merely want the title to appear clear so people will at least take a look at a car that has been well taken car of, runs great, never been in a crash and get a reasonable amount for it. Note: title was clear before i

I'm only 18 so I'm fairly new to driving, but I find it very hard to adjust from driving on a highway for more than 15-20 mins at 65-70 and then get off at the exit and only do 35-45...I'm so used to going quick that I feel like I'm walking in slow mud when I go the speed limit on whichever local road I'm on..is this normal? What do YOU do to adjust yourself? Thanks.

I had problem with my cooling system. After I traced out, I found out that my cooling fan is not working properly. At first, I thought it didn't work at all. But after testing the relay, it is in fact, working. So I went to the Temp Sensor, thinking it has to be the problem. But the Auto Shop was unable to even locate the sensor, they really sucks. However, now I just notice it wasn't even the sensor's fault. The cooling fan will only turn on when the AC is on. And it will turn off as well. That indicates that the sensor gotta be working; if not the fan should either stay on or off the whole time/ it shouldn't cycle if it is not working. I am not really a electrical guy. Can any of you guys tell me where the problem is? I am suspecting the electrical wirings between the cooling system and the ac system are the
ultimate blame. Am I right?
Any advise will be appreciated! Thank You!

I work at our family owned gas station and it is aggrivationg to have to repeat myself everytime a custome comes in to get gas. I observe the same thing everyday:
1. Customer parks at gas pump, opens gas tank, removes gas nozzle from pump and place into gas tank,
2. customer then turns to pump and starts pressing buttons.
3. Customer comes into store and asks us to turn on the gas pump.
A."I'll stand here while it pumps and when it shuts off i'll pay you."
B. "I'll leave you my wallet."
C. "I dont know how much it will hold and i want to fill up, but i dont want to use my credit card because i want to purchase some things inside."
D. "Jut turn the pump on."
The sollution: use your card at the pump and inside ( 2 transactions), or prepay an amount (i.e.-if you are in a truck...prepay $50 or $100 and whatever amount your truck doesnt take, we will give you your change. i cannot cover everything because i am running out of letters i can type. questions? please ask!
