Check to make sure nothing is hung up in the brake calipers or rotors. Sometimes small pebbles or debris can get caught in there.

Your trail blazer has only one wheel bearing and it's pressed into the spindle.

I'm betting that the noise is actually a bent duct cover behind the brake rotor or as the other person said a pebble stuck between one of the pads and brake rotor.

Isolate problem by putting front end on jack stands with tire off and replace lug nuts against rotor to hold it square. Have someone start the motor put in drive turn wheels right and left the noise will be easy to pinpoint. Carefully inspect pads rotors and calipers. If the wheel is difficult to turn by hand a caliper may be sticking on the slider pins.

It could be the wheel bearings, but that's just my guess. Take it to the dealer. Since it's under a warranty unless it's a maintenance item it will be covered.

Edit...
Actually your car does have more than one wheel bearing. Older cars would only have one bearing in the front but that is no longer true. They come as a hub kit...one hub for each side.

Second..To countryboy... a person that has no basic knowledge of their car should not be instructed on how to fix it. The car is under warraty and let the dealer fix the car, especially since it as a t no cost to the owner.
