Does anyone knoe of a private lenders or persons that will buy a car for someone in their name and set up private payment plans on the car bought?

Basically you are describing a loan company. Some call them finance companies. Same thing. They put up the money, take a lien, and you make the payments. good luck.

There are auto brokers that do the dirty work for you and save you on the cost plus you don't feel violated in the process of buying a car.
Costco also procures certain cars and acts as the selling agent at a reduced cost.
As far as financing, go to your bank and prequalify for a certain amount. It is best NOT to buy the extended warranty as well as the life/health coverage either
