like i wanna see the seat belts and maybe the lap bars or the U shape ones, i wanna see pleaz?

On April 4,2007 my husbands car was parked in the street which is in a culdesac, the neighbors daughter was dropping her off and when she reversed hit our parked car. We were told by the officer that her Insurance company would be contacing us. On May 23,2007 we called the Insurance company to find out she never reported or filed a claim. since then they have made several attempts to call only to get hung up on and have sent a certified letter with no response from her. The claim adjuster today told us they have the right to get a statement from their insured (usually about 30 days ) and if they dont get one they may decide not to pay out the claim (money to repair the vehicle) for damages. I told her what am I supposed to do now she said I would have to take it up with my insurance. I dont think that would be fair. What rights or actions could I take if she decides to deny the claim in order t otry to get them to payout the claim? They have the police report which has her statement.

I own a Dodge Caravan 2003. Bought it new and now it's about 55K miles. I still owe 2 more years on it. I have always been a Honda girl, but because of the size and features and price, I bought a Caravan at that time. I am ready to move on and I want the new CRV. The payment will be about $75 more a month than what I pay now, but I will be saving more in gas and definitely the resell value will be tons better. My question is, we are financially unstable at the moment, living paycheck to paycheck, with some months that are better than others, since husband works on commission only. Should I make the leap and buy a new car, although it would mean paying more for it, or should I keep my Caravan and pray that besides the monthly payments I still have to make on it for the next 2 years, I won't have to pay much more for repairs since it's extended warranty is over at 70K? Right now I am getting about 19 miles per gallon on the caravan but I know I could be getting about 23-25 on the CRV.

Ok, so my care kept stopping on me last friday. I was on the highway in stop and go traffic. As long as the traffic was moving steady, the car was ok. But as soon and stop and go... The car started cutting off and I had to get it towed to the nearest place(pepboys).

It felt like the car was putting/running out of gas but I had a full tank. Pepboys got the car on Friday and by noon on saturday they still didnt know what was wrong. They later called me back talking about some cap was screwed on wrong.... I knew it was time for a tune up because I hadnt had one in a few years. And now the car is cutting off again.

Any thoughts?

what could I do to make my 1992 cavalier look better, I've replace all the stock to make it look clean. I want to do something new. Such as a new hood or body kit, which is expensive. Is there and stock hoods that look cool that would fit on that car?

We have a 2002 cavalier sedan... The A/C is not working... We are having a baby at the end of august and want this fixed asap, before the baby is here. The problem is, we don't want to spend a bunch of money trying to fix it.

What are the best ways to figure out what is wrong? I.e. needs freon, new compresser..? I don't want to take it up to a shop until I have a good idea what I need, I do not want to be taken.

Any help, suggestions or advice would be greatly appreciated!

I was driving Home last night from work when my car started making a humming noise then I was unable to get to speeds of 10 MPH then the car just stopped and when I pulled the hood up the engine was veryy hot from only 4 mins of Driving. After I started it again couldnt get past 1500 RPMs and the battery started to die out. Also I Had a leaking water pump that I was about to get fixed on Thursday.
Could the water pump died out and what damage possibly happened to the engine?
Any Suggestions on what could have happened??

How do i know if i have traction control? Its a 1999 porsche boxster, has no traction control on/off switch on the console.. does that mean i dont have TC?

but cannot move gearshift after stepping on brake pedal. Instead I must insert the key into the shift lock release(on the
console), shift to neutral and then start the car in neutral. To
facilitate matters I have a keyblank which I must insert each
time to get the transmission from "Park" to "Neutral" so
gearshift may be moved to "Reverse" or "Drive".
I would appreciate advice regarding how to correct this issue.
I suspect the solenoid switch which should activate to release
the gearshift when the brake pedal is depressed after the
engine starts in "Park". Thank you.

We purchased out cobalt is july 06 new.OUr current problems are the car dieing when idling.This had happened over 60 times and the dealership doesn't know what to do because they can't reproduce it. They changed the gear shaft but that wasnt the problems.There is a loud rattling noise from our rear tires.Our weather temp can be as much as 20 degrees off! it will not go up and down at anytime during the 4 hours a night that i am driving it and i know that the temp. has changed.OUr new problem is the dash said that our door is open but all are tightly closed and the inside light will go on. While the car is off with the key in the ignition it will beep to no end.We will be driving and there are no alerts then we will get the door is open and all the lights come on. 1 mile down the road it all goes off.Our drivers seat seatbelt lock also will jam now and it has been cleaned and the dealership said that it is fine but you still can't push the red button down to get out of the seatbelt.

I don't know much about stereos. But i do know that i want one where i can avoid using CD's again. Somebody mentioned that they had 100's+ tracks on some memory chip/stick? Is that what the USB business is?! As i said no idea about technology!

Anyway straight to the point.. I want a stereo where i can listen to all the tracks i download (I have over 500+)

Yesterday my car wouldn't start, thought it was just the battery, today went and got a new battery, car still wouldn't start it would just make a clicking noise. The car will start if you jump it, so could it be the alternator or could it be that my starter is bad?
