What is the emblem which identifies vehicles that travel at speeds 25 mph or less?

Slow movinmg vehicle sign.

It is a triangle with corners trimed at angle of 60 deg. Width opf corners is 100 mm. Edge will be approx 306 mm.

Dark red reflective Border of width 44 mm, with fluorescent yellow-orange backing.

You'll se this on the back of the old Amish buggies and on farm equipment and some slower trucks and cranes.

It's that red triangle, point up, that often has an orange backing. It looks like the safety triangles that the truckers put out when they stop along the Interstate, too, only the slow moving vehicle red triangle typically is a sticker with that orange background.
